I found just two of the receptionests plesant and the others horendous and very unhelpful.

Staff and Doctors are almost always very nice and helpful. However I recently took my 6 week old for her six week check and we were made to wait 50 mins. An infant this young SHOULD NOT be made to wait this long at a surgery. The only waiting space was the main seating area with all other patients and I was carrying my baby by the reception door the whole time as I didn't not want her at risk of an infection/getting sick at such a young age. It would have been helpful to be offered a room/space away from other sick patients or an explanation of how long the wait is going to be to come again at a later time.

Awful awful place needs to be shut down asap. Debbie absolute cunt she is , terrible practice manager no wonder the place has turned into a shitshow. Unclean , impolite, unfriendly, reported to nhs numerous times still didn't seem to care. This is the nhs today if you want service clearly in this day and age you need to pay.

This is an unacceptable truly awful surgery. The practice manager Debbie is the rudest person i have ever met, even the staff at mcdonalds talk to me in a nicer way. it takes 6 weeks to get a appointment here , you then need to explain to them you have cancer to get this speeded up. Also when going through a traumatic time and you go there the receptionists seem to want to get rid of you and can't be bothered to help or answer your questions.
